Meridian Eleven · Holding company · RAK ICC

Thirteen companies, built to feed each other.

Meridian Eleven owns the companies. Core 11 holds the brands and licences they all draw on. SyncOrg and Jersey Trust, two partner companies outside the group, run management, funding management and administration. Every business stands on its own — and every one of them is worth more because the others exist.

How we work

Ownership, rights and operations are three separate jobs.

Most groups blur them. We keep them apart, and that is what makes the ecosystem work. Meridian Eleven holds the equity. Core 11 holds the brands, IP and licences every company trades under. Management, funding management and administration are handled by two partner companies outside the group, SyncOrg and Jersey Trust.

Layer 01 — Ownership

Meridian Eleven

The RAK ICC holding company. It owns the equity in every operating company and sets the group's standards for governance and disclosure. Held by two RAK ICC foundations.

Layer 02 — The companies

Thirteen operating companies

Each one runs as its own company, with its own leadership and its own licensing, across seven districts and two shared spines.

Layer 03 — Rights, inside the group

Core 11

Holds the brands, trademarks, domains and design system, plus the SRO registration and rights licensed in from third parties, and licences them out to the companies.

Outside the group — Partner companies

SyncOrg and Jersey Trust

Neither is owned by the group. Both are engaged under written service agreements: SyncOrg for management, funding management, administration and reporting; Jersey Trust for fiduciary structuring, trust and captive administration. Operations and ownership never sit in the same hand.

Why it is built this way

One back office, thirteen times over

A company joining the group does not build finance, compliance and administration from scratch. SyncOrg and Jersey Trust already run them. What would take a year and a team starts working in weeks.

Cost out
Why it is built this way

Rights held once, used everywhere

Brands, trademarks, the design system and licensed-in rights sit in Core 11 and are licensed down. Nothing is lost when a single company changes shape, and value created in one place stays in the group.

Value kept
Why it is built this way

Clean lines for anyone looking

Ownership, operations and rights sit in different vehicles under written agreements. Investors, banks and regulators can see who owns what, who runs what, and where the money moves.

Legible
The ecosystem

The portfolio, laid out as a city.

Seven districts and two shared spines. Choose any company to see what it does, what it gives the rest of the group, what it draws back — and where it lives online.

Select a company.

Every company in the group is a business in its own right. It also has a job inside the ecosystem: something it gives the others, and something it takes back. That two-way traffic is the reason the group exists. The two partner companies at the foot of the map are not owned by the group; they run its management, funding management and administration.

Tech Quarter

ClearMarket Labs

AI · Tech · Oracle

The group's build arm. It writes the technology the other companies run on — the AI, the oracle feeds and the platforms behind the exchange, the games and the wealth front-end.

Gives the ecosystem

Engineering capacity and a shared oracle layer, so no company in the group builds its core technology alone or pays outside rates for it.

Draws from the ecosystem

Live data and real users from CommodiCity, ClearMarket and the consumer companies — a working test bed most software firms have to buy.

Tech Quarter · Rights layer

Core 11

IP · Brand · Licensing

The rights-holding company. It owns the group's brands, trademarks, domains and design system, together with the SRO registration and rights licensed in from third parties, and licences them out to the operating companies.

Gives the ecosystem

The right to trade under the group's marks and licences on day one, rather than each company building a brand and a permission set of its own.

Draws from the ecosystem

Licence income, and every new mark or piece of IP created anywhere in the group — so value built in one company is held for all of them.

Group company · No public site
Markets Quarter

ClearMarket

Commodities · Exchange

The commodities exchange at the centre of the markets district — matching, pricing and settlement in a market that has stayed opaque far longer than most.

Gives the ecosystem

Real prices and real settlement. Every other company that needs a market reference — synthetic, game or wealth — takes it from here.

Draws from the ecosystem

Technology and oracle feeds from ClearMarket Labs, banking and custody from the Treasury Spine, and a consumer audience arriving through CommodiCity.

Markets Quarter

futr.fun

Synthetic markets

Synthetic markets built directly on the group's own price feeds — exposure to a market without the machinery of holding the underlying.

Gives the ecosystem

Volume and a lighter entry point. People who would never open an exchange account arrive here first.

Draws from the ecosystem

Prices from ClearMarket, the platform from ClearMarket Labs, and settlement through the Treasury Spine.

GameFi Quarter

CommodiCity

Game · Data source

A city-builder played over a real commodities market — a consumer front door to an industry that has never had one.

Gives the ecosystem

Audience and behavioural data at scale, and a route into the exchange for people who arrived to play rather than to trade.

Draws from the ecosystem

Market data and settlement from ClearMarket, the build from ClearMarket Labs, the brand from Core 11.

GameFi Quarter

BananaZone

Crypto GameFi

The group's crypto-native game, holding an audience that reaches digital assets through play rather than through finance.

Gives the ecosystem

Engagement and a crypto-native community that the digital-asset and synthetic-market companies can serve.

Draws from the ecosystem

Technology, treasury and custody from inside the group, and the group's brand and licensing position.

Public site in build
Treasury Spine

Meridian AG

Banking · Payments · Custody · Lending · Zug, Switzerland & ADGM

The financial group and the spine every other company sits on: payments, wallets, digital-asset custody, yield, embedded cover and commercial lending, delivered through licensed structures and partner institutions.

Meridian Commercial Finance sits here — secured commercial lending in the UK, on the group's own decisioning platform, extending into Europe under the Swiss licence.

Gives the ecosystem

Accounts, payment rails, settlement and custody for every company in the group and for their customers — the single hardest thing for a young business to obtain on its own.

Draws from the ecosystem

Flow. Twelve other companies bringing customers, balances and transaction volume that a standalone institution would spend years acquiring.

Wealth Spine

HK Wealth

AI wealth · Unified front-end · Circa $120m AUM

The wealth business and the group's unified front-end — where a client sees their whole position across the ecosystem in one place.

Gives the ecosystem

Assets under management, an existing client base and a wealth interface the rest of the group's products can be presented through.

Draws from the ecosystem

Banking and custody from the Treasury Spine, market access from ClearMarket, and cover arranged through the Risk Quarter.

Public site in build
Consumer Quarter

MyWAI

Social travel

Social travel, built by a team that has done it at scale before — turning intent into booked trips.

Gives the ecosystem

Consumer distribution at volume, and a natural place to put payments, wallets and travel cover in front of real customers.

Draws from the ecosystem

Payments and wallet rails from the Treasury Spine, cover from aegiseleven, and technology from ClearMarket Labs.

Consumer Quarter

ShareMatch

Shariah-compliant sports markets · 2b+ addressable market

The world's first Shariah-compliant sports investment platform — a structurally different way to hold a position on sport, for a market of more than two billion people that conventional operators cannot serve.

Gives the ecosystem

Reach into an audience the rest of the group has no other route to, and the transaction volume that comes with it.

Draws from the ecosystem

Payment rails, the build from ClearMarket Labs, and administration through the partner companies.

Risk Quarter

aegiseleven

Insurance · Parametric · Captives

The group's insurance company — cover written into other companies' products rather than sold separately, including parametric structures.

Gives the ecosystem

Protection that can be embedded straight into a travel booking, a card or a market position, and captive capacity for the group's own risks.

Draws from the ecosystem

Distribution it would otherwise have to buy: the consumer and wealth companies place cover in front of their customers directly.

Public site in build
Partner company · Outside the group

Jersey Trust

Management · Funding management · Fiduciary administration

A partner company, not owned by the group. Engaged under a written service agreement for management, funding management and administration, alongside the fiduciary work: trust and captive administration, and the structures the group and its clients hold assets through.

Gives the ecosystem

Fiduciary structuring and administration on tap, for the captives, the wealth clients and the group's own vehicles, without the group having to build a trust company of its own.

Draws from the ecosystem

A steady book of work from the group and its clients, without an outside sales effort.

Health Quarter

Meridian Vita

Health services & technology

The group's health venture, taking the Meridian standard into health services and the technology behind them — health you can measure, cover that pays you back.

Gives the ecosystem

A health proposition the consumer and wealth companies can put in front of customers they already have, and the services behind the cover written in the Risk Quarter.

Draws from the ecosystem

Distribution from MyWAI and HK Wealth, cover and captive capacity from aegiseleven, payment rails from the Treasury Spine, and the build from ClearMarket Labs.

Venture Quarter

7sixsix7

Venture builder · London · Monaco · Dubai

The venture builder, and where new companies enter. 7sixsix7 originates and incubates the businesses that later take a place in a district, working out of London, Monaco and Dubai.

Gives the ecosystem

New companies, and a front door for founders and partners who want to build on the ecosystem rather than beside it — with three offices covering the time zones and the capital the group works across.

Draws from the ecosystem

Everything a new business normally lacks: rails, licences, brand, back office and distribution, available on the first day.

SyncOrg

Monaco SARL · Management · Funding management · Admin

A partner company, not owned by the group. SyncOrg is engaged by Meridian Eleven under a written service agreement to run management, funding management, administration, accounting and reporting across every company — so the people who run the operations are not the people who own the equity.

Gives the ecosystem

One back office serving thirteen companies: finance, administration, reconciliation and reporting, run to a single standard.

Draws from the ecosystem

Scale. The same team and systems carry every company in the group and every partner company that plugs into it.

Value flow

Four things circulate, and none of them leak.

Data, money, customers and rights move between the companies instead of out to third parties. That is the difference between a portfolio and an ecosystem.

Data

Play becomes price

Game activity and exchange activity feed the same oracle layer, and the prices that come out of it run the markets the games are played over.

CommodiCity → ClearMarket Labs → ClearMarket → futr.fun
Money

One set of rails

Every company banks, pays and settles through the same treasury spine, and every customer they bring adds to the flow across it.

All companies → Meridian AG → SyncOrg & Jersey Trust reconcile
Customers

Reached once, served many times

A customer arriving through travel, sport or a game can be given payments, cover and wealth without being acquired a second time.

MyWAI · ShareMatch · BananaZone → Meridian AG → aegiseleven → HK Wealth
Rights

Built once, licensed down

Brands, marks and licences are held in one company and licensed to the rest, so nothing has to be rebuilt and nothing walks out of the group.

Core 11 → all companies → back to Core 11
Plug in

The ecosystem is open to companies we do not own.

We do not only build for ourselves. If you have a business the ecosystem can carry, we will build on top of it, run it through the same rails, and take a piece of it rather than a fee.

Step 01

You bring the business

A company, a licence, a customer base or an idea that fits one of the districts. It stays yours to run.

Step 02

We build onto it

ClearMarket Labs builds the technology, SyncOrg and Jersey Trust run the back office and the funding management, Core 11 licences the rights, Meridian AG provides the banking and payment rails.

Step 03

We take a piece

Our work goes in as equity, not invoices. We are paid if the company works, which means we are on the same side of it as you are.

Step 04

You plug into the ecosystem

Your company draws on the group's data, rails, rights and distribution — and adds its own to the pool for everyone else.

The direction of travel

Open by design.

The connective layer — the rails, the data feeds and the standards that let one company in this group work with another — is being opened up. The intention is that any company can build on it, whether or not we own a share of it.

A closed group of thirteen companies is a portfolio. An open one is infrastructure, and infrastructure is worth considerably more.

The group online

Every company, one click away.
